Permission denied while mount remote file system of linux on solaris 10

Please change following in /etc/default/nfs file.
Remove --> NFS_CLIENT_VERSMAX=4.
Add --> NFS_CLIENT_VERSMAX=3,
restart nfs.client service , it works fine.
